The UK Warehousing Association (UKWA) is the leading trade organisation for the warehousing sector. It has 1,000 member companies including third-party logistics providers, manufacturers and retailers as well as suppliers of products and services to the logistics industry.
As the voice of warehousing, UKWA promotes awareness and appreciation of the sector. Its mission is to raise industry standards, build community and support its members, who benefit from a wide range of exclusive services.
UKWA was previously a user of oomi CRM but in recent years had relied on a commercial CRM to support membership management.
However, as the Association has grown significantly over recent years, its digital needs have expanded accordingly.
Debby Mills, Head of Finance and Operations at UKWA, explained, “We realised that UKWA required a wider ranging system that could provide us with more comprehensive support. After reviewing the market, we selected oomi based on their ability to combine the oomi CRM system with a new website and a portal for UKWA members to access member-only content.
