We are pleased to announce another exciting partnership with GiantKelp to deliver AI-powered solutions that will enhance oomi’s website and member portal offerings with intelligent search and reporting capabilities.
GiantKelp is an artificial-intelligence (AI) solution specialist that builds AI-powered tools that automate key tasks and delivers tangible improvements in efficiency and decision-making without the need for complex system overhauls.
“We hear a lot of discussion in our sector about the benefits of AI, but in reality see very few tangible applications. At oomi we are committed to providing deeply integrated AI tools that bring genuine benefit to our clients and their members. It’s great to see GiantKelp delivering solutions to membership organisations that actually realises that potential, and we are excited about the added-value they can bring to oomi customers,” said Rob Barr, Director of Strategy at oomi.
GiantKelp is currently working with the Energy Institute, an oomi customer, on improving their safety and risk information toolbox delivering real-time summaries of technical content while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. GiantKelp developed an AI-powered search summary tool that helps members quickly find and understand relevant information from hundreds of reports and resources. This means that users can find information using natural language – the system searches across all the different EI data sources to generate a response, as well as provide links to the original source materials.
Al Cattell, founder and CEO of GiantKelp added: “We’re delighted to partner with oomi. Membership organisations have a wealth of valuable content that often goes unused because it’s hard to find or digest. We know AI can help to tackle this head-on, transforming sprawling, complex resource libraries into clear, instantly accessible information for members and stakeholders. Combined with oomi’s sector expertise, we’re helping organisations adopt AI in the right way to drive value and impact”.
